Dr. Peter Nguyen, DDS

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Peter Nguyen enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife, Christine, have three sons (Noah, Christian, and Gabriel), two of whom are now away at college. Whenever everyone is back home, they enjoy traveling, hiking, camping, and a good game of pickleball in the backyard.

“My philosophy is to simply treat each person the same way I would treat a friend or family member. I believe in educating my patients about good dental health and encouraging patient involvement in treatment goals. I hope to have each patient leave with a beautiful smile inside and out.”

Dr. Nguyen graduated from the USC School of Dentistry in 2000. He holds a bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems and a minor in Economics from California State University Los Angeles in 1990. He worked several years in the computer industry before deciding on his true calling.  He is a current member of the American Dental Association, the San Diego Dental Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Nguyen is also a certified Invisalign Provider. His passion for dentistry leads him to continually take advanced courses in the dental sciences such as implant dentistry, occlusion, esthetics, and more.
